For all CAPS students (up to $4,000)

Colleges and universities have recognized that CAPS graduates demonstrate the knowledge and competencies needed to succeed in post-secondary settings and to advance in career pathways as lifelong learners and contributing citizens. We are pleased to share letters of endorsement from the following institutions:

SCC CAPS has a partnership with Lindenwood University to provide CAPS students the opportunity to earn college credits while completing their high school requirements through concurrent enrollment.

College Credit Offered Through Lindenwood University

$60 per credit hour

Profession-Based Essentials (1 credit hour):  A profession-based skills development course that prepares students for a profession-based work experience, internship, or practicum.

Profession-Based Work Experience (1-3 credit hours): A profession-based work experience that enables students to work within a business context, clarify their career goals, and develop their professional skills under the supervision, guidance, and mentoring of an industry professional. Credit will vary depending upon time spent. One hour of credit requires 50 hours of work time.
